The Royal Palm Conference Centre
The Royal Palm Conference Centre is located on the foyer level of The Royal Palm Hotel, across from the THYME @Royal Palm restaurant, where delegates may enjoy a personalised menu for their Umhlanga conference or event.
The function room itself offers a closed of tiled area where we set-up as a lounge area for tea breaks. Further within the venue, which is closed off by thick draped curtains, is the main conferencing room which is also carpeted. The room offers much lighting with neutral colours and paintings for a relaxed and yet stylish feel.
We offer a choice of conferencing set-up’s for up to a maximum of 80 delegates:

- School Room
- Banquet Dinner
The Royal Boardroom
The Royal Palm Hotel now offers a private boardroom facility, perfect for executive meetings and small conferences. The Royal Boardroom offers luxury seating for a maximum of 15 persons and is equipped with a projector, screen and flipchart.
